The work of the Lord has always been first and foremost in Pastor Porter’s heart and he strives to push that message of God first in all that he does. Pastor Porter was raised in church all of his life. Even learning under great Pastors like Samuel L. Jordan (CoC) , Leonardo D. Gilbert (CoC) & Bishop Carlis L. Moody Sr (COGIC). Demonstrating unwavering faith, he made the decision to devote his life and service to ministry specifically outreach and pastoring.

Following years of preparation, God released Pastor Porter to embark upon his own ministry. He was ordained as Pastor, and later elevated to the Office of Overseer with the Apostolic Fellowship. In addition to his pastoral role, he serves as a speaker for the online radio broadcast, Harvesting Hope, weekly on Tuesday & Saturday evenings.

Pastor Porter is an effective communicator of God’s Word known for his practical and dynamic teaching style. To always impact those he reaches, he has often stated that “before you leave the building, I want to give you something to think about when you go home.” In the midst of the calling that he fulfills, he finds time to visit the sick, make calls to members, conduct bible study and baptismal classes, and spend time studying God’s word.

Pastor Porter is enrolled School of Theology & Seminary in Chicago, IL studying for his Doctorate in Theology. He is supported in ministry by his wife, Rachel and their children. His ultimate desire is to see people fully embrace God’s love and to walk in victory and power while experiencing the fullness of God’s promises.
